Return Policy


We proudly stand behind all of our programs. All products purchased from Hooked on Phonics can be returned within 30 days.

Your 30 day trial period starts from the day the product is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of receipt simply contact our customer service department at 1-888-605-5055 to arrange for a return authorization (RMA) and a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and processing. Your return must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving return authorization.

All materials must be intact in order to receive the refund. Accordingly, you must return all program components in their original packaging. Free gifts are yours to keep.

Hooked on Phonics does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for return. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Hooked on Phonics is not responsible for return packages not received. In order to prevent lost packages we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery information.

Please allow four to six weeks from the date Hooked on Phonics receives your package for the refund to be processed.

 

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN MERCHANDISE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Place the product in its original packaging.
  2. Place the packaged item(s) in a suitable shipping container.
  3. Enclose the packing slip.
  4. Clearly write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number next to the shipping label on the outside of the shipping container. Returned merchandise without an RMA number will not be accepted.

We are not able to process exchanges.

If your order was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-888-605-5055. Please have your order number along with your e-mail address ready for fastest service.

Damaged Goods

If your order was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-888-605-5055. Please have your order number along with your e-mail address ready for fastest service. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately after an order is placed, so we cannot cancel an order. If you made a mistake entering your order, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-605-5055 or cs@hookedonphonics.com. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) became unavailable.
  • We were unable to process the payment information received.
  • We cannot ship to the address provided.
  • A duplicate order was placed.
