Order Online

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Once you click "Place Order," your order will be submitted. A Thank You page will confirm receipt of your order. Print a copy of this page for your records, as it contains your order number. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours of submission, please call us at 1-888-605-5055 for assistance.

Once you have clicked "Place Order," you may not cancel or modify your order.

Secure Checkout

We protect the security of the credit card information you provide online by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input into our shopping cart during transmission to our servers and is stored in secure locations. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order placed online. Of course, we do transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Please understand that no security system is impenetrable. Checkout Process

Shipping Information. Enter your shipping address (where you would like your order delivered). We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Select Your Shipping Method. Select from the shipping methods that are available. For complete shipping information, refer to Shipping.

Order Review. Review your shipping address and order details. Then, click "Continue," which will take you to the Billing Information screen.

Payment Information. Enter your credit card information as it appears on your credit card.

Billing Information.
Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. If your billing information is the same as your shipping information, then click the "Check here if your shipping address is the same as your billing address" checkbox. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address. Once you've entered your payment and billing information, click the Place Order button. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships.

Thank You page. After completing the checkout process, a Thank You page will be generated with your order number, and information about your order. Please print this page and keep it for your records. If you need to contact Customer Service, please call 1-888-605-5055 and have the order number from the Thank You page ready.

Payment Methods and Terms

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and PayPal only. We accept the following credit card types:

Diner's Card

We accept debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Payment Plans

We offer payment plans for orders containing certain items. Our payment plan splits the total product price (less discounts) of the order into a first payment of $14.95, then 4 equal monthly payments on the remaining balance due. Shipping and processing and applicable sales tax are charged on the initial payment. The initial payment will be charged when the order ships. Subsequent payments will occur approximately every 30 days after the initial payment and will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card. Sales Tax

In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where Sandviks HOP, LLC has operations. Sandviks HOP LLC does not benefit from the collection of sales tax, and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction. As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your transaction. The appropriate tax amount will be displayed at checkout.

Sales tax is charged, on both merchandise and related shipping and processing charges, for orders delivered to addresses within the following states:

CT, NJ

For Canadian orders, GST , PST, and HST are charged on both merchandise and related shipping and processing charges.

For international orders, the appropriate taxes are charged on both merchandise and related shipping and processing charges.

Order Confirmation

After your order is placed, you will be e-mailed an order confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number linked to the carrier's Web site, where you can view delivery status and expected delivery date.
