Costs and Delivery Schedule

The shipping and processing cost is based on the item's size, weight, and shipping method.

We offer free shipping on all non-payment plan U.S. orders over $130 U.S. dollars. The shipping method for orders that are eligible for free shipping is UPS for the 48 contiguous states; USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer free shipping to Canada.

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders within the 50 states (we do not ship to P.O. boxes):

U.S. orders outside the contiguous 48 states (including APO and FPO addresses): Shipped via USPS only. For APO/FPO and U.S. territories, please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery time. There is no Expedited or Premium shipping available to these delivery addresses. APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS only.

Canadian shipments: Shipped via UPS International. Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery time. Canadian GST, PST, and HST will be included on these orders.

Shipping Terms and Restrictions

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Shipment by UPS, Expedited, or Premium is not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, on international orders (including Canada) and the U.S. Territories of American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Paulau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We cannot use a third-party shipping service other than those listed in Costs and Delivery Schedule, nor can we charge shipping to a third-party account.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

We accept orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories of American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Paulau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will ship by USPS only. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-605-5055 if you have questions about shipping to these locations.

APO/FPO Addresses

We accept orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses. These orders are shipped via USPS only. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery time. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-605-5055 if you have questions about shipping to these locations.

Canadian Shipments

We accept orders being shipped to Canada. These orders are shipped via UPS International. Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery time. Canadian GST, PST, and HST will be included on these orders. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-605-5055 if you have questions about shipping to Canada.

Shipping Confirmation

We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number linked to the carrier's Web site once your order is assigned a tracking number.

Shipping to a Third Party

We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, provided the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement.
